Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays) will be dispatched that same day. Delivery is by Royal Mail ‘First Class’ post and is usually next day but can typically take between 1-3 days from the date of posting. Delays can occur if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. If your order has not arrived at the delivery address within the 14 day period please contact us at info@slipperysnake.co.uk.

Returns & Refund Policy

7 Day Money Back Guarantee – In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 days for a refund. All returns MUST be confirmed by email or phone in order to get a returns arranged.

Buy with confidence online & mail order. Buy it. Try it. If you don’t like it return it to us with in 7 days in its original condition & we will give you a full refund.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item you can return it to us yourself at your own expense. This returns policy does not apply to any items that have been especially ordered.

Within 28 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair, under the terms of manufacurer’s warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser. ANY returned goods must be properly packaged, suitable for transportation.

Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.

Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods.

Packaging

Our aim is to reduce the impact to the environment as much as possible. Therefore we are trying to re-use packaging materials where possible. So do not be surprised if you find our items arriving in a packaging that was used to package something else in its previous life. The good news is that the same package is employed to serve again. Even better news is that we can offer you better prices.

But there is no need to worry, all items are carefully packaged, and we take extra care to ensure that the items are not damaged while they are in transit. We also urge you to keep the packaging if and where possible, so that you can re-use it too. Let’s take care of our planet together!
